We believe that: Each person is respected and valued as one created in the image and likeness of God. Spreading knowledge enhances the goodwill of human kind and society. Students are prepared to contribute actively and constructively to the shaping of a better world. Each person has equal worth and should treat others with respect. Each person has unlimited potential and must have the opportunity to learn and develop into a well-rounded individual. Learning is a shared partnership between teachers, students and parents. Human resources are the most important asset in the school; their professional development is strategic to the success of our mission.
Sagesse High School offers the following curriculums:
The Special Education Unit serves the needs of students with learning difficulties (Dyslexia, ADD, ADHD). The curriculum is designed to give students the broadest possible education, whilst preparing them to further their education in their chosen college or university in Lebanon and abroad. Students are considered special needs students if they are diagnosed by an approved independent psychologist and the School's psychologist as having one of the following disabilities prior to admission, or if they are referred to the Special Education Unit by a Head of Division at a later stage:
The school's Alma Mater was originally a brief hymn sung by the missionaries of Mother Teresa of Calcutta to the Virgin Mary and is sung by the students every morning after morning prayer.[3] Its words are:
O most pure and loving heart
Of my mother and my queen
Grant that I may love thee
Love thee daily more and more
Grant that I may love thee
Love thee daily more and more
